Round 9 Preview

Friday night footy should have it all this week, Cats back at home and trying to end a 3 game losing streak and the Dogs have not won there since 2003. You have Geelong with silky smooth skills and efficiency in front of goal and the Dogs who are last in the AFL for goal kicking accuracy yet are one of the most prolific teams for shots on goal. The last 3 weeks have not been kind to either side only winning 1 game between them and a loss to either side tonight puts them smack bang in the middle of a dog fight to stay on the top 8. It’s hard to seperate both sides the Cats are their best are almost flawless but seem to have dropped off a lot in the last few games in intensity the Dogs are not lacking intensity just the polish to finish games off. It’s a big if but if the Dogs can somehow find a way to kick more goals than points then they will win this, if not they leave the door wide open for the Cats to take the points. If the Bulldogs lose it’s ok they will still have the side to get them through they have proven that they can win from anywhere. If Geelong lose then big questions need to start to be asked after starting the season so well.

Predict Western Bulldogs Win 7 points
